Yes, it's highly probable.
Sprint-Centel phone numbers are easy to identify, having 804-685 or 804-724 as the first part of the phone number. As of June 1, 2000, Sprint-Centel does offer ISDN access services for these numbers.
To get pricing and availability at your address, please contact Sprint ISDN services at 877-6GO-DATA, or 877-646-3282.
As of 2000 August 22, Sprint ISDN Specialists are available from 8AM to 10PM Eastern time Monday through Friday. They are available from 8AM to 8PM Eastern time on Saturday.
To place your order will require your phone number, address, and about 30 minutes of your time.
According to Sprint, installation typically takes 15 days. They do have an ISDN modem they can bundle with your service which you can pay for monthly, and they may waive their install fee for a minimum commitment. Since the terms of their arrangement can vary over time, check with Sprint for specific terms and pricing.

- What does GDS charge for ISDN access?
GDS charges $24/month for ISDN 64k service, and $28/month for ISDN 128k service.
There is a one time setup charge of $12 for ISDN 64k service, and $14 for ISDN 128k service. For current GDS customers, the setup fee is waived!
If you pay for a year in advance, GDS will waive the setup fee, and one months access, which comes to $264 for ISDN 64k and $308 for ISDN 128k. (In other words, you get 12 months for the price of 11 with no setup fee.)

You will be charged for ISDN access from the telephone company, and these charges will show up on your phone bill.
The charges depend on the channel hour package you choose with Bell Atlantic.
